Our introductory micro ale. A Belgian ale with hints of spices and a crispness that makes it a joy to drink. Brewed with Belgian malts and Noble hops ABV 5% IBU 25 

India Pale Ale

A hop driven ale with a light variation on malts. We use pale, Munich, and Belgian Munich malts and local hops (Cascades, Nuggets, and Willamette).ABV  5% (Not Available At This Time)

ESB

Extra Special Bitters, the richest, full bodied ale our Brew Master Larry makes. This is a copper colored beer, with ample amount of hops. ABV  6.5% IBU 50

Amarillo Jack Salmon ipa

A wonderful tasting IPA, made with Pacific Northwest Amarillo hops. Just a smooth, hoppy freshness all the way through!  ABV 6.5% IBU 80

Summit Express IPA

A new IPA from the brewmaster, a little darker than most IPA’s, rich in flavor, and a hefty amount of Summit hops! ABV 6%  IBU 84

King Salmon Imperial IPA

Brewed with Belgian yeast, this Imperial IPA is a “Home Run”!  High-powered brew, be very careful.  Great balance with a fine finish. ABV 8.6% IBU 100 

Irish Red

Copper colored and full bodied, this ale is high in taste and alcohol. An exceptional blend of Northern Brewer, Cascade and Willamette hops and English malts to make it easy to drink more than one pint.

Scottish ale

Salmon Creek Ale at its finest. Excellent amber ale with a rich taste of malts and mild hops brewed in the traditional style of Old Scotland. Clearly our best seller and oldest brewed ale. ABV 5.0% IBU 27

Sweet Stout

Sweet is the key word to describe this smooth tasting stout. A gentle blend of English malts and high use of hops sets this apart from the run of the mill. ABV 6.5% IBU 70 (Not Available At This Time)

Oatmeal Stout

A low alcohol, dark, creamy smooth taste right to the end. Darn right delicious!  ABV 6.5% IBU 44

Oatus the red

Like an Irish Red, except this red is made with oatmeal! High alcohol, with medium hoppiness. Smooth tasting, a little creamy with a clean finish. ABV  7.0% IBU 45

Thunderbolt Porter

You’ve tried the rest, now it’s time for the best. This beer is almost addictive with the sweet malt flavor and robust finish. The dark richness comes from ample use of caramel and chocolate malts & medium hops.

Brother Larry’s Belgian dubbel

Portland’s Spring Beer & Wine Fest 2005 Gold Medal Belgian of the Year! This traditional style Dubbel Belgian has a complex, distinctive taste that is dark and creamy. The subtle sweetness and mild hops come from using all Belgian grains which make this brew 100% Belgian.  ABV 8.3   IBU 27 

Helles

 A seasonal, light german beer, brewed in late spring, through summer with all German malts and noble hops. Very refreshing after a hot day! Only limited availability. ABV 5% IBU 23
