Salmon Creek Ale - A Scottish style ale dark amber in color with rich malty tones. This is our flagship ale and our #1 seller and surprising low in hops. 

ABV 5.5% IBU 27

IPA – India Pale Ale is one of the Northwest favorite ales with a lot of hops and a crisp finish. As with all my brews there is pronounced maltiness but well balanced. ABV 6% IBU 70  (Not Available At This Time)

Pale Ale - Deep amber in color, full-bodied with charcter. We use a quantity of premium Cascade hops that gives it spiciness, and a wonderful bouquet. ABV 5% IBU 60  (Not Available At This Time)

Amarillo Jack Salmon IPA - Made with locally grown, Pacific Northwest Amarillo hops, this wonderful tasting, smooth finish India Pale Ale, hits the right spot!   ABV 6.5% IBU 80

Red Irish Ale – The Irish in me could not resist making a malty, slightly high gravity beer with a nice hopping to keep it interesting. ABV 6.5% IBU 45

Oatus the Red – Like an Irish Red, except this red is made with oatmeal!.. Full bodied, a little creamy, with a smooth taste.  Finishes clean.  ABV 7.0%  IBU 45

Oatus the Imperial Red -  A step up for Oatus, now a new release known as the Imperial!  Added alcohol, and a bit more hops, this is a fine red you’ll come to enjoy!.  but be careful..    ABV  8.6%  IBU  54

ESB – Extra Special Bitters the richest full bodied ale I make and my preferred drink. This ale is copper colored with an ample amount of hops. ABV 6.5 IBU 50

Thunderbolt Porter - Dark and hoppy with a chocolate undertone. One of the original beers we started out with back in 1996 always has been a crowd-pleaser but beware it goes down too easy. ABV 6.5% IBU 42

Sweet Stout - One of the three originals. This a sweet stout but the name comes from when we started brewing and at the end of the evening this would be our last beer and we would go home and have sweet dreams. ABV 6.8% IBU 70  (Not Available At This Time)

Oatmeal Stout - A lower alcohol, dark, creamy, and smooth tasting stout, made from crunchy goodness.  Darn right delicious! Believe me, there is no crunchy in this smooth, well finishing stout!   ABV 6.5%  IBU  44 

The Belgian Style Ales

Belgian Golden Ale – A Belgian ale with hints of spices and a crispness that makes it a joy to drink. Brewed with all Belgian malts  and  noble hops.  ABV 6% IBU 25

Nut Brown Ale -  Despite the name there are no nuts in the ale just a taste of nuts from the roasted malts and Belgian Candi. This the newest of our line-up and only brewed in small batches(3 Barrels) and not always available. ABV 5% IBU 32 (Not Available At This Time)

Big Brother Belgian IPA - A hop driven ale with a slight variation on malts. We use Pale, Munich and Belgian Munich malts, along with local hops. ABV 6.7% IBU 73   (Not Available At This Time)

Brother Larry’s Dubbel – A Belgian Dubbel almost a desert and only served in it’s proper glass. The balance of this brew is outstanding and the burgundy color adds to the experience.  Gold Medal Winner  Spring Brew & Wine Fest  Portland 2005. ABV 8.4%  IBU 27

The Specialty Ales

Altbier - A German Altbier is one of the few beers brewed as an ale and not a lager in Germany. We use all German malts and noble hops to brew this copper, crisp ale. This is a seasonal brewed in the fall. ABV 5% IBU 43

OktoberFest Ale – Seasonally brewed in late summer to be ready for Octoberfest in Sept. We brew it as an ale and condition it for 5-6 weeks. ABV 5 % IBU 23

Helles – A seasonal, light german beer, brewed in late spring, through summer with all German malts and noble hops. Very refreshing after a hot day! Only limited availability. ABV 5% IBU 23

Salmon Claus – A seasonal version of “Brother Larry’s Dubbel”, spiced with light hints of Coriander and Orange peel to make the perfect winter Belgian, with an added crispness that sets off the season. Brewed with imported Belgian malts and Noble hops to make this an old world style Belgian Ale.  ABV  8%  IBU 22

Winter Warmer – Brewed in January, this seasonal is rich, malty, copper-colored, high in alcohol with a low hop flavor. A true All-American malt and hops beer!.   ABV 7.5%    IBU  44

Summit Express - A new IPA for us, brewed with Summit hops. Somewhat darker than most IPA’s, with a rich taste.  ABV 6%  IBU 84

King Salmon Imperial IPA - Brewed with Belgian yeast, this Imperial IPA is a “Home Run” ! A very high-powered alcohol brew, it has great smoothness and and a fine finish to it. Be very careful!   ABV 8.6%  IBU 100
